What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty is designed to give truck owners confidence that repairs are completed to the highest professional standards. At Allatoona Diesel, eligible services are covered for 1 year or 15,000 miles, protecting against defects in both the parts installed and the workmanship performed by our technicians.
- Parts & Labor: Defects in parts or workmanship are fully covered.
- Authorized Services: Applies only to work performed by our certified technicians.
- Eligible Services: Engine, transmission, axle, suspension, brakes, alignment, lube/oil changes, cooling system, HVAC, and EGR/DPF repairs.
- Professional Workmanship: Repairs are performed by experienced technicians following proper service procedures and industry standards.
- Quality Replacement Parts: We install reliable components designed to meet or exceed manufacturer specifications.
- Verified Repairs: Every covered repair is inspected and tested to ensure proper performance and long-term reliability.
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or off-road use beyond manufacturer limits
- Neglect or improper maintenance
- Modifications affecting factory or installed components
- Normal wear items: brake pads, tires, filters, wiper blades
- Corrosion, rust, or damage caused by weather, road salt, or environmental conditions.
- Damage caused by towing or hauling beyond the vehicle’s recommended capacity.
- Additional damage caused by driving the vehicle after a mechanical issue has already been identified.
What Is Not Covered?
While our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship, certain conditions fall outside the scope of warranty protection. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or failure to perform recommended maintenance is not covered. In addition, problems resulting from unauthorized modifications, improper installation by other service providers, or components unrelated to the original repair may also be excluded.
